Excellent breakfast with eggs, sausage, potatoes, cereals, fruit, breads & pastries, drinks, waffle station which was kept clean & tidy. Breakfast staff & Registration Desk staff very helpful & friendly. Would definitely stay here again."

"Excellent hotel at a great location (we had a lake view room). Everything is clean, bright and new. Breakfast is garden variety of what you get in similar hotels, but an automated pancake maker is fun, and eggs come with cheese in between (after all, this is in Wisconsin)."

"The outside of the property is very deceiving as you drive up to it. However, once you walk in, the upgrades are very pretty and unique. The one thing that was surprising was lack of a parking lot. If you couldnt find street parking out front, I believe the only available parking is a parking ramp about a block away - which is not ideal. The room was pretty and everything felt clean until we noticed the ants in the bathroom. They were very small, and started as just a few. However, the next morning - there were way more throughout the bathroom floor, the shower and even in the sink. The carpets in the actual room are dark, which is unsettling knowing the ants were probably not just limited to the bathroom. The rest of the property felt clean, even the room felt clean, but the ants were not a fun experience."

"The room was clean, but they only do made service every three days. You can ask, but it does get messy quickly. I wished they would have said something about the construction or renovations going on. Walls open with insulation, pool area roof open and coverd with plastic, strange smell in elevator. I would have found another hotel if I need of the work going on."

"We had a great time. Pool was a little chilly but we still enjoyed it. The room stayed warm even with the air. Otherwise it was a great stay"
