"I enjoyed my stay here. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was decent, could’ve had more fresh fruit but that’s alright! The coffee in the lobby was very good too. The room/bathroom was very clean. The shower head was confusing though, it was spraying the water with a lot of pressure and I couldn’t reach to change it. But overall, the stay here was very nice and I definitely will come back again. "

"Unfortunately there are few options in downtown Kenosha for staying overnight. You can stay here where they have made some upgrades but have done shoddy work. The drywall work is touch and patchy, the towel hangers come off the wall. Or you can stay at the Stella where the mattresses are like stone. The staff is great. But management and maintenance should step it up with their contractors on their upgrades. Or reduce the rates to meet expectation. "

"Room bathroom had hair all over shower and in towels, bed was absolutely disgusting. requested new bedding and only got a top layer of sheets. asked for a refund after being unable to stay there for the night due to the state of the bed and was told there was no refunds as a response to every single one of my issues, not even an I'm sorry, just "no refunds" 3 times and nothing else. i might as well been an automated response. contacting days inn customer is absolutely no help either. never...

"They’re under construction but everything was a mess out front and in the lobby. Boards with nails lying by the entrance. Dust everywhere. Bathroom was dirty. We found an item from the last guest on the floor. I usually have wonderful experiences at Country Inns. Skip this one. "
