"The room wasn’t clean, pillow cases are dirty, mosquito flying all over the room, the sheets are dirty, I don’t recommend this place, stay away from it. Very terrible place."

"The breakfast was great. Based on interactions with other guests, they enjoyed it as much as I did. The room and the bed are spacious. I slept soundly and rested well in the hotel after a hectic weekend. I would like to suggest to the management to work on the elevator and keep it tidy. The floor of the elevator is old with a lot of cracks. The strong and unpleasant smell in the hallway also needs to be checked."

The bathtub was dirty, there was dirty standing water in the tub drain, and the toilet seat was heavily stained and blackened. I have photographs documenting these conditions. "We had a comfortable room with 2 beds on the ground floor - very clean inside but the patio area hadn’t been swept There was an indirect pool but room keys/fobs didn’t open it and we needed to get a staff member to let us in They did say it was a fault which they were trying to sort out but we weren’t told in advance when checking in and there were no towels at the pool (though we were subsequently told we could pick them up from reception) there was a decent bar area which looked quite north...
