"When we arrived to our room, we realized there was only one king bed. We booked a room with 2 queens, which I showed to the front desk staff. The man explained they were out of rooms with 2 beds so would give us a room with two kings or take $75 off our existing room. We were on our way to an event and I was told we could sort it out when we returned. While we were out, I received a voicemail letting me know they actually did not have an extra room available for us and only the discounted room...

"I reserved a room and paid for it was charged on my card and everything and when me my husband and 2 1/2 year old son got to the hotel after driving all that way and paying and being charged, I was told my reservation had been cancelled but yet I was never sent an email of a cancellation so I assumed my reservation was still good especially after I paid for it. "Literally impossible to get into the building. No staff onsite. Sketchy behavior, musty, falling apart. Staying at a motel6 in LA was literally a better experience. Didn’t even end up being able to actually stay the night there becuase when we came back from dinner the front door to get in the building wouldn’t unlock.
