The staff were very polite, helpful and professional. Lovely smiley greeting on arrival. Didn’t get an opportunity to try the spa or pool unfortunately due to other commitments and check in check out times

Holiday Inn Lincoln by IHG
Room was very clean, very quiet. Check in quick, staff courteous. Hotel ideally situated for local amenities. Shops , restaurants and cathedral near by.
