"The room had a lovely view of a lake and a park, which I found very surprising considering where it is located. The park view was very relaxing and made our stay that much more pleasant. The restaurant on site was very good, great location, the food was good, nit too expensive and the staff are just lovely. Everyone who helped us from the checkin staff, the restaurant staff and cleaners were all so nice and helpful."

"The first day breakfast after arrive at night the male servant is very rude. Try to stop me adding my breakfast even though still have 15 minutes before cut off time. "Excellent stay as always. The Little National is a real gem - first great location above Wynard station.
The rooms themselves are very small "capsule" style, albeit well designed. The benefit is the 11th floor common space, which includes co working areas (coffee, water, printer) and a lovely outdoor terrace and interior bar. Bar food is available - it's not a full restaurant menu, but is a good choice.
Staff are excellent throughout.
