Third, the bed sheet was old and torn, there were 2 big black ants crawling on the carpets that I had to kill. In short, we could not stay and had to leave the place around 7:30pm because my nose was getting congested."

"There was no spa, there was no pool, there were no amenities, I checked in, went to the room and it was beyond DISGUSTING. I then checked out and left, I did not even spend more than 10 minutes in the building. The ad and photos were completely misleading, I expect a full refund and even that will not make up for the inconveniences you have caused me that night!!!"

"The best way to describe is tired and worn. While it looks fine it is under the normal level of à la Quinta. Mattress was terrible not a good night of rest. Had a fire alarm at 6am ish and no announcements from staff no one at front desk after fire trucks left. Spend an extra $25 n go somewhere else"
