"This countryside property just outside Thirsk is easy to find and offers a wonderful, peaceful retreat. The room was spotlessly clean, featuring a great shower, huge plush towels, bathrobes, and slippers. Having access to a pool and hot tub was a fantastic bonus. The owner, Sue, was incredibly friendly and welcoming. Breakfast was delicious and home-cooked, full english breakfast as well as lighter options like smoked salmon and scrambled eggs alongside fresh fruit, yoghurt, and cereals. Highly...

"Staff were lovely and incredibly attentive- nothing too much trouble.
Amazing breakfast selection- all fresh and cooked to order.
Big room - well maintained- lovely view to garden - we were in Camilla.
10 mins into town but situated in countryside near parks, historic houses and museums. Easy reach for James Cook Hospital.
Lovely country house hotel - obviously newly created in beautiful Edwardian house.
We will be back"

"We had a very comfortable stay. The room was very clean, the breakfast made to your order with additional cereal and juice available. The staff were very friendly and concerned about our needs. Car parking was provided at the back.
The location was within walking distance from the town centre pubs and restaurant as well as next to a big Tesco. Perhaps the TV was a tad small. "

"We had a lovely stay at Easterside. The views were breathtaking. We stayed in the granary and found it to be cozy. The hosts were welcoming. The breakfast was delicious, and the tea and treat each evening was perfect."
