"Great customer service and friendly staff. We have stayed there 5 times so far and we see the same staff members and the front desk staff remember us from our prior stay. The staff is always cleaning and wiping down the lobby tables and they have a good breakfast station. We always use the gym and the laundry room. LOVE IT at the Hyatt House!!"
