"The toilet was not working properly and you can hear next room when the water was turned on."

"The hotel and room looked liked it should have been really nice until you look too close. There was a lot of cleaning that was needed and a lot of the room looked worn and poorly kept. The first night I arrived late and could not get the room to cool down. I was already unpacked and in bed otherwise I would have requested a different room. The second night there was no hot water and almost no water pressure. I ran the water for about 10-15 minutes thinking maybe it would warm up but it didn't....

"Loved the hotel. We were put in a handicap room and the shower floods the bathroom every time we use, but was given extra towels when we asked. Great staff and very clean hotel"
