"I would put excellent but I don't like the 10am check out unless paying extra, especially when my arrival was not sure if the room was ready because I arrived around midday. Thankfully my room was ready. Luckily I was leaving my room anyway at 10.15 but had received a knock on the door to remind me of the overdue 10am.
