"there was rubbish (left over pizza in our bin) skid marks in the toilet. Hot water situation needs to be fixed either burning or cold. no in between. service was nice but overall a little bit upset with how the room was left for us when we arrived considering it's an Oaks"

"The Rochers team is superb! Had a really lovely stay and wish we could stay here for longer. The villas are secluded and very well designed, not to mention the bed is super comfy too! Probably the best bed I had slept in! The view of Mount Warning was terrific from the villa and the pool. Will totally recommend anyone to stay here if they are looking at somewhere quiet and peaceful :) thank you so much and see you guys soon again!"

"朝の早いフライトだったので、前日にフロントでタクシーの手配をお願いしたのですが、時間になってもタクシーが来ませんでした。フロントに24hサービスに繋がる電話があったので、タクシー手配してもらいました。ホテルの対応に感謝です。 自分でUber頼んだ方が良かったかもしれません。朝早い時間のUberは事前予約だと高額なので、予約ではなく、その時の配車手配でも問題なさそうで、値段も普通でした。"
