"Reviews said this place was exceptional and it is not exceptional. It's about what you'd expect for an airport hotel - the shuttle and drivers were perfect, helpful, timely. The property was fine. The amenities in the rooms were less than what you get elsewhere. It was extremely overpriced. But ... I got to and from the airport reliablly and I guess that's the most important thing."

"The hotel overall was a comfortable place to stay. The breakfasts were good, the staff was wonderful, especially the front desk which were very helpful, and we were happy to meet Lynette on one of the afternoons we were there. The only thing to report would be the cooling system in the room. During the mornings and afternoons that we were there, it appeared it could not keep up with the heat.
