"The room itself was excellent — 9/10. The view was amazing, the bed was very comfortable, and the room was spacious and well-designed. However, for the price and for a hotel that markets itself as a 4-star property, many amenities were disappointing. "This is the second and the last time I stay at the Palmer. I like the proximity to certain landmarks and the beds were comfy but other than that, the bathroom wasn't clean, there was a lot of hair in the tub, the shower faucet handle was filled with black scum on the inside. There was also a piece undone metal on the bottom of the vanity that scraped my kid's foot. There was no complimentary coffee/tea which added to the disappointment. I was too tired to ask for a different room with 2 kids...

"The hotel staff was very friendly and inviting on all shifts. Also the parking garage is two blocks down from the hotel which wasn’t a problem for me but plan accordingly. The room was very clean and house keeping dose a nice job tidying up during the stay. Very close to all attractions. Also the view of the city is everything you could hope for!"
