"The room had stains on the sofa cushions. We had an ironing board that was broken so we could not use it. The iron was unusable, the pillows (if you want to call them that ) were horrible. The ice maker was completely filthy. And to top it all off we had no water on our final morning there. So no showers!! Will never ever stay there again. Or even recommend it to anyone."

"Nic breakfast buffet with oat milk. Staff friendly. Room clean and comfortable. Quiet despite lots of families with younger kids. Close to everything and many walking distance food choices and a city park very close for walking. Would stay here again."

"Nice room and convenient location to highway, shopping and food but there were so many kids throughout the hotel and in the bar area my entire stay traveling for work I would opt for another hotel. Family friendly, this is definitely the hotel for you."

"First Hampton Inn I haven’t had a great experience. They didn’t keep up on the room amenities, you always had to wait for someone to show up at the front desk, and the coffee in the lobby was actually cold from sitting too long. I was surprised ."

"My stay was wonderful! Hafsa at the front desk when out of her way to be helpful and make my stay better. Upon my arrival she made it possible for my room to be across the hall from my son. I really appreciated her. The breakfast was well maintained and a very nice selection. I would stay here again!"

"This is a fantastic hotel for a family. First the waterpark. Super fun for adults and kids. They offer food and drinks for kids and adult beverages. The hotel has a bar and restaurant . But there is a Dave and Busters in the parking lot, Chic filet across the street , Dollar Tree , Crumbl Cookie and any other eating place or shopping place you could imagine is right there. Room was nice with bunk beds for the kids. Big parking lot. Would stay again for sure"
