"Family of 5 here. We needed somewhere along our route to stop for the night and this was the perfect place. We booked shortly before arriving, check in was a breeze, the room setup was perfect for us as we have preteens who were able to stay up late in the adjacent room without bothering us. Basic toiletries were provided which made it easier instead of having to unpack and repack everything on a whim since we were just sleeping and getting back on the road again. "Dirty rooms and mattresses full of stains and questionable things. Front desk moved us to another room and same situation. We left and stayed at a different hotel."

"The hotel room was nice and spacious. i stayed in a king bed room. the area was not the best. it was next to a motel where some sketchy people were standing outside and arguing. i will say the only problem i had with the room was the floor was sticky and felt slimy and also the shower wasn’t the cleanest."

"Incredibly poor service and zero communication between staff. I had a doctor's appointment and cleared an 11:30 AM check-out with the front desk clerk. Despite this agreement, an older man (presumably the owner) came to my room early, banging on the door violently as if there were a fire. When I opened it, he was extremely rude and disrespectful to me. I ended up slamming the door in his face. I didn't appreciate his hostile attitude whatsoever and will not be returning."

"You can't expect luxury at this price point, but if you're just looking for a place to shower and sleep, this'll do the trick. I didn't personally have any major issues with my room, and the staff was kind and surprisingly alert considering how late in the night I arrived!"

The representative, Mike, was incredibly nonchalant and dismissive. Rather than checking on my missing item, he bizarrely started questioning me about an ice bucket. The lack of professionalism and care was shocking. I am furious with how I was treated and will absolutely never stay here again.""
