"Need more clean towels daily. Bathrooms need updated. Tile peeling"

"Like staying there but their business room was pretty broken. Wanted to use computer to run off a couple of things and it wouldn't start up. Had girl from the front desk to look at it. She got it started but said they had a power outage recently. Tried to use printer and didn't work at all. These items were important to us. We managed but made life more difficult."

"The water damage to the lobby was noisy and caused it to be about 85 degrees in the halls and breakfast area. Breakfast was fine and plentiful but man just do sausage links and patties dont bother making the sausage gravy anymore. Room was very nice and clean and beds were really good but they need a remodel for the hallways and please god fix the AC in the hallways"

"Parking was easy. Staff at front desk was not very friendly. Made no effort to be polite. Elevevators broke while we were there so everyone had to use the stairs. Felt really bad for elderly people trying to climb 6 floors of stairs. Pics on website are VERY OUTDATED! Room and bathroom were clean so that was a positive."

"We only stay over night between flights. We were extremely impressed by the staff. Every encounter was friendly, polite, helpful, and welcoming. Both shuttle drivers were beyond pleasant. Desk staff smiled, had pleasant personalities, and were extremely helpful. The restrooms (in room & in lobby) were clean and stocked. Housekeeping held open elevator doors while wishing us a pleasant evening. The room was clean, neat and stocked. All employees treated these two weary, tired and frazzled...

"This hotel had numerous areas where maintenance or repair was needed. Bed was comfortable but carpets were literally filthy. See photos. I was conveniently next to shopping and restaurants and i95."

"Do not book this hotel it is disgusting we have travelled extensively & we could not believe what we walked into and just as quickly left and found a better hotel. I would suggest Expedia take it off the booking site.the only thing that could fix this hotel would be a bulldozer."
