"The Staff were kind and clearly take pride in offering wonderful hospitality services. The first night, I called to say we were delayed for check-in and Nick was so so gracious in the phone - he has both a wonderful tone for customer service and a genuine care for helping guests. I'd gladly stay there again! I misunderstood something about the pool, and I'm embarrassed that I missed the sign - I always try to follow rules/requests (unless absolutely absurd, of course) and I didn't realize it until later. No one came and berated me for breakibg the pool rules and I appreciate the hours of the amenities offered at the hotel. We had a great stay, very cozy and comfortable beds, and we will definitely stay there again if we return to the area again."
