"Very rude staff and I do not understand why lobby was alway closed during business hours.
2 nights stay with.
1. Very rude staff
2. No room cleaning after my first night
3. Old and dirty room AC/Heater
4. Ice machine room was closed at least half hour before 11pm as posted on the door.
5. There was no coffee machine in the room
6. As the room was not clean by 4pm, I had to ask for a new bath towel, it took them almost 2 hours to get me a couple as they were being washed

"Loved this property. Very clean, quiet and liked the decor. My King studio was roomy and bed comfortable. Good value for the cost. I used the pool, guest laundry and had the complimentary breakfast and coffee. Will definitely stay here again. The stay was on point for the Ayres brand."
