"This hotel is not what I was expecting."

"The staff was super helpful especially since we needed tickets printed at the last minute. , The room and bathroom were clean. The grandkids enjoyed the breakfast and the indoor pool, this was their favorite!! Home2Suites is our favorite place to stay."

"The only milk was oat or soy milk, therefore I didn’t eat cereal. The eggs I think were powdered, not much flavor. My son had waffles and they seemed to be okay as well as the sausage. "

"Staff was great , but housekeeping was excellent kept everything nice and clean helpful, stayed a week."

"The location was excellent based on who we were there to visit. Everything we might need store or restaurant wise was in close proximity. The breakfast area had adequate seating as well as a nice selection of food items. My favorite item was the 24 hour coffee station that will freshly grind the beans for your coffee when your ready for a cup. I would strongly consider staying there again. The only thing we didn't like was a strong odor that was limited to just our bathroom area."

"Clean room and facilities, good customer service, good location with food within walking distance. Only thing they could do better with would be the breakfast, it’s a little spartan, other than that, it is a great stay."

"The General Manager was amazing. We were there with a large group of cyclists. She went above and beyond to accommodate us. Breakfast was really good and we really enjoyed the happy hour! Would definitely stay there again."

"Room was overall clean, but when walking in the shades in the bedroom and”living” area were down. It rained one night we were there and it rained inside our room. The fan below the window in the living room was messed up and the front of it kept coming off. Our room also never got cleaned, trash taken out, or new towels. Had to ask for them."

"We were not here long but our stay was great. Clean facilities and expedient checking and check out made this stay quite enjoyable."

"Accessible in this hotel means a regular bathtub/shower Combo with grab bars and a handicapped toilet. not very accessible. I will take Comfort Inns off my list of places to stay after staying here."

"Requested bottom floor. Was assured of this. Stayed on third floor. Garbage cans in out side areas were overflowing from the time I arrived until I checked out. Was also assured a room with sofa with pull out bed. Didn’t happen. Pool was very dirty. Staff were pleasant and friendly "
