"Everything else except the wifi was excellent for us. Wifi access was declined. The front desk would have helped for sure. But i had other alternative. Nice stay, airport shuttle service was excellent. Will return to this hotel next time "

"Great hotel near to O-Hare airport. Facilities in hotel were great, rooms very comfortable. Good breakfast selection. Hotel close to shopping outlet and cinema, as well as having free shuttle to airport. "

"The hotel was excellent, and in a good location. The bed was the most comfortable one I’ve slept in at a hotel. Breakfast was good. Just be prepared…parking isn’t free as hotels.com says it is. It is over 30 bucks a night."
