"Breakfast was delicious and there was plenty of it. It was a busy weekend with a dance event (that I was attending) and I could tell there was some youth sports also in the area. They made smaller batches of eggs and sausage which made the food fresher vs dried out from sitting all morning."

"Beautiful hotel with a luxury feel and great price. The rooms are gorgeous and it feels like a hidden gem in the northwest suburbs of Chicago. However, I was staying while recovering from surgery and the parking lot was very hectic. I was told by staff I could park in an electric car spot, but later another employee told me I couldn’t and was not understanding about my situation. Later I missed a large step at the entrance and fell hard on the knee I just had surgery on and hit my face, breaking my Prada sunglasses. Staff did bring ice and offered dinner, but considering I had to extend my stay two days because of the fall, I don’t feel like enough was done. "
