Check-in was a breeze. The location was convenient, with easy access to public transportation and a major shopping mall. The bedding was clean and odor-free, which was a big plus. However, there was a noticeable mold odor in the bathroom, and the drain blockage took two days to clear despite reporting it twice. While the unit included a stove, microwave, and fridge, there were no utensils or pots provided. Fortunately, a nearby dollar store made it easy to pick up the essentials

The stay was okay but this is an extended stay so they expect you to take out your own trash and sign a lengthy document about their rules. The trash dumpster outside was overflowing and trash bags were actually on the ground all the way around it. If you don’t “follow their rules” you are fined.

Suburban Arlington

Convenient location, on the bus route. Just 10 minutes drive to the mall and shops. Full kitchenette but no utensils, not sure how that works.

What a disaster!!

They tried to tell us our room was given to someone else and we had to pay extra for their mistake. Then the room was old, curtains were torn, furniture needed work, had to ask for trash can.
