"I value consistency when traveling and typically stay at the same hotel in each city I visit. I have been a loyal guest of this Chicago-area property for the past 3–4 years and have continued to book here despite a prior incident involving a significant bug infestation. During my most recent stay, I initially booked a three-night reservation through Expedia and later arranged, with the front desk, to extend my stay by an additional two nights. My room key was updated accordingly to reflect a five-night stay. I then left the hotel for a planned one-day trip. Unfortunately, my return flight was canceled, and I was delayed by one additional day. Upon my return, I was shocked to discover that all of my personal belongings had been removed from my room. At the same time, the hotel had charged me for an additional night. When I raised this issue with the front desk, I was informed that there was no record of my approved extension. Furthermore, when I asked why my belongings had been removed without any prior notice, I was told that the hotel had no contact information on file to reach me. This situation is both unreasonable and contradictory. It is unacceptable to charge a guest for accommodation while simultaneously clearing the room and removing personal belongings without notice."

"I arrived at 1:30 AM. She put me in a room for handicapped for the first night with the option of chaneging the next day. I did not mind the safety bars and didnt mind staying in that unit for all 4 days. Spending tge night i noticed a few items which needed attention. I made a list and was at front desk very early requsting to be moved. I ALSO REQUESTED A Better view of the lake. For my trouble she gave me 2 cpmplimentory breakfast buffet tickes which helped a lot. I was alone without a transportation and dined in the resturant for teu"

"Very nice place. Clean & comfortable. Well maintained. Great location. Easy walk to bus transportation Center. A few minutes more will get you to Woodfield Mall. Excellent hot breakfast. Will definitely return."
