The room also didn’t have a safe, which is a standard feature at most hotels in this price range and made it inconvenient to securely store...

"This property is beautiful. The room and amenities were great. We really enjoyed the room space and pool. The only complaint we had was the smell on our floor. I realize people are cooking I. The rooms but it was a very unpleasant smell throughout the entire floor."

"The room was clean. The hallway smelled of stale cigarettes, weed and drugs. I did not know that as of Monday the property would be closed due to multiple code violations and other issues. This morning when trying to check out there was no one at the front desk and I had to reach in and put the key card in a container. Glad it was only one night.there was no shampoo only small bars of hand soap. Not worth the price."

"Staff was friendly. Breakfast was good. The room was not good. The room smelled and the solution from staff was to cover the smell with a spray that worked for a while but wore off. The room was very small for a king and awkward layout. There were 2 chairs. One was in a corner that you couldn’t sit in and couldn’t move. The other was a comfy desk chair but blocked the person sleeping on the right side of the bed from getting out of bed to the bathroom. We also only had one towel in the bathroom....

"Upon arrival our room was dirty and needed a thorough cleaning. It was a three night stay and the housecleaning department never showed up. We made our own bed. Overheard the staff talking that there is a shortage of housekeepers. Guests should be informed of this fact as we were not. The side exterior door handle was broken as was the cylinder that closes it so it slammed all night long. The door would not lock thus making a security concern. Our final issue is the value for the money, we did...

"Windows were pretty grimy, the walls are really thin where I could hear full on conversations of the people next door, and the outdoor pool was closed for maintenance and a bit unsightly. Also there was no coffee options for when the Starbucks closed which was a bit disappointing. The towels and robe were starchy. One of the bottles in the shower was empty."
