"Staff Julia supplied a special ice bucket for us for our champagne and when we requested recommended an amazing restaurant where the food was absolutely fantastic. We didn’t have converters for Canadian Appliances and we were loaned proper adapter. Her Customer Service skills were above and beyond and we would be happy to recommend Hotel lotus to everyone.
Breakfast at the hotel was quite enjoyable also"

"Room was nice and well equipped. Bathroom was large but the shower walls were a bit leaky which caused a lot of water on bathroom floor. Good location - downtown reykjavik just a couple blocks walk. Overall, very good."
