"The check in process was awful because everything was done remotely. There were broken steps. The air conditioning had no directions and a fuse was blown for two floors. This location would be appropriate for young back packers needing a hostel, but not as a hotel. Inadvertently, we failed to see the poor rating on Expedia. Our bad.
The location and shower were good."

"Everything was exactly as described. The location was unbeatable, making almost everything walkable. The parking is at 660 Washington Street, I would highly recommend booking ahead online and make sure that you look for in/ out privileges as this is an extra option. Alrhough off site, it is almost beside the hotel. I would stay here again."

"Clean and comfortable. Easy walk to TD Garden. The bathroom hook is not accessible for non- tall people and another mirror outside of the bathroom would have been nice. Regardless I would stay here again."

"If SLEEP is important to you, THIS IS NOT YOUR PLACE!
They only have a thin shade on the window, so by 4:30 am every morning, there was enough light coming in to read a book. Add to this that it sits 11 floors over a very busy street lined with tall buildings, so all sound reverberates up and passing motorcycles or cars honking sound like they are in the room with you.
The only morning I slept past 4:30 am was when I was so exhausted and sleep deprived from the other bad nights sleep.

"I loved this apartment. It was perfect for what we needed. I only gave four stars because the apartment could use a little love and updating, and that may be important to some people.
