The customer service at front desk was disappointing for the most part. Rude and entitled, no hospitality. True to form, the NE stereotype was on full display. "I was disappointed with no breakfast. I did not really look when I booked but the price was really high so I expected to have it and they did not. The heat rattled but I took a business card and wedged it to stop it. The room was pool side and the room smelled like chlorine which to be fair has been the case in other hotels. "

"Great place to stay for a weekend getaway. Water views and beach access plus easy access to 2 ferries to Boston. Room was comfortable and staff was courteous and helpful."

"We loved the Aloft Seaport!! It's near everything, rooms are clean - we had a great view of the skyline! We had a blast Saturday night in the lobby bar - Karaoke!! Front desk staff, housekeeping and bartenders were very friendly. Good value for money! "

"Had such a lovely time this past weekend. Room was very clean, and property is in a quieter part of town, so it's not super loud at night. Parking is limited, but not too bad getting into with a smaller vehicle. Even with the compact size of Boston, I was easily able to walk between the the NE Aquarium and MFA!"
