"Excellent check in and great staff"

"The staff were utterly reliable in their information given and special accommodations given to us such as storing luggage, shuttle times, use of bathrooms after we’d checked out etc. They had clearly been very well trained. It was so hot and we always had fresh water on tap in the lobby. Breakfast was nice with someone preparing waffles to order. Room was spacious and light."

"On our first night, we heard a domestic violence situation happening in the room next-door. We tried contacting the hotel, but they were not picking up. when we called the police, the hotel became involved, and they were very responsive after the fact, but not initially. Add another point my room was left on locked all day because of housekeeping nothing was stolen. The room seemed fine, but considering the domestic violence situation that happened two days ago it felt very unsafe. I was not...

"Unfortunately our sheets were dirty (a small amount of blood on them). They changed them while we were in the room which was very awkward as we were all getting ready for bed. There was no follow up with it. They simply changed the sheets and called it good. The food was way too expensive for the quality. It was just okay. The shuttle did not communicate well with us to help us find where we needed to go, so we just ended up taking an Uber for the rest of the trip."

"Wonderful hotel in a prime location and very reasonably priced! We were in the Seaport District, and the staff was very helpful with directions and suggestions of things to do. Will definitely stay there again!!"

"Staff was great, very helpful and friendly, the hotel was very clean and the room was nice and comfortable. It was a good deal. If you are relying on public transportation or trying to walk to places I would stay in a different area though. Was a 15-20minutes walk to the orange line T station. If you are parking a car and planning to drive then would be better. Area was walkable but use caution may not be super safe if you are alone. And I was a little nervous walking back to the hotel at night."

"This hotel is overpriced for what it is but they can charge the high prices because of the hospital next door. We were on the 7th floor and that water pressure in the shower is very poor. The room decor is old and very dated, with the wallpaper peeling and stained carpets. In future I will use a different hotel."

"Watch out for hidden added fees from the hotel. Expedia states what you see is what you pay but I was charged an extra $40.74 for "Destination Fee" I was not too pleased for the extra fee when I thought everything was included."
