Cari Resor Kondominium di Norwich

"Friendly and helpful staff throughout the stay, from reception to brasserie to bar staff. The food prepared for the wake was delicious, and very welcome after the service at the nearby crematorium. Didn't try the breakfast as had to rush off for another appointment, but if it is anything like lunch the previous day, it would have been lovely"

"Great location. All very clean. Breakfast super"

"Great city centre location, excellent staff, very comfortable room."

"Walls in the room was dusty but overall rooms were clean. No issues with parking but disabled bay could have been little bigger. Staff were very friendly and welcoming. No hot beverage served in the evening."

"Everything was spot on. Thank you"

"Staff was very helpful, clean room, and great location"

"Accessible room. We love the spacious room with a fridge (so useful for some medication). The room was clean and stocked with basic tea, coffee and milk. The bed is a double. "Top hotel we have been to 5 start service on a daily basis. The spa was great and all the staff were helpful for all our needs. Would highly recommend and will be returning very soon"

"Excellent breakfast and great view from the restaurant. Reception staff"

"Great parking. Near to the city. Easy check in and very welcoming but our room was tired and the bathroom was not very clean. The bedding and towels were clean but I thought that one pillow per person wasn’t sufficient. Biscuits in the room was a nice touch."

"Excellent value for money nice clean room friendly staff"

"A street entrance would be a great help. I arrived at the station, disabled with a walking stick and luggage and had to walk all the way around to the back"

"Room was shabby, furniture scratched and well-worn. Bathroom icy cold. However, on bringing these points to the attention of the staff, a heater was delivered - thank you. Obviously there was no quick solution to the shabbiness of the room (suite 2 Manor House). Some of the food was poor, but again on raising this, staff dealt with it. On balance, we feel the staff did what they could to manage our concerns."
