"What a lovely stay, we stayed in the print room which was the perfect size, very homely and welcoming, overlooking the market square. Communication with The Dial House Team was via WhatsApp, they responded straight away and were always happy to help. The location is perfect being 30 minutes drive from some great sights. "The staff were all polite and helpful, although some seemed a little inexperienced. We ate in the restaurant one night, the food was well presented, but the pork belly was over cooked and the chips were over salted. We also asked for the coffee tray to be cleaned & refreshed. Someone had come in, left a large bag of tea/coffee sachets in the room, but not cleaned the cups & tray - I assume they got distracted & didn't finish the job."

"Warm welcome on arrival, although it says hotel entrance on one side of the building, but by the time you’ve walked all the way through, you’re back in the bar! Only one towel in the room but this was quickly sorted once reported. The room was clean, with plenty of hot water, tea & coffee. The only issues we had in the room (no9) was we couldn’t turn the radiator off, so had to have the windows open and then had a lot of road nose, and someone had jammed the shower on maximum heat. Both were reported to maintenance. We had a great evening in the restaurant, but didn’t have breakfast. "
