"We spent a very comfortable night in Norwich at the Premier Inn on Duke Street. It is ideally located for eating out, historic attractions, and shopping. The room was pleasant and clean, and the bed helped us sleep around 9 hours! Staff were helpful too. Would stay there again when visiting the city. "

"Was expecting the normal hotel room but this one also had microwave, air fryer a fridge and washing up facilities plus plates, knives and forks. Very very impressed."

"The stay was ok, I thought the triple room was a double and a single but it's 3 singles - thats my fault for not paying attention. One to note is the pub doesn't do food, it doesn't say it does on Hotels.com but I made the mistake of looking on Google which shows pictures of menus and food so I assumed it did... The bas was busy and friendly enough (football night, showing on the tv's) Where it loses stars is I went down to breakfast at the time arranged when I checked in and the pub was locked...

"We only stayed one night and it was excellent value for money. It was a Friday night so the nightclub downstairs was open but the noise didn't bother us. Room was warm with a TV and also a well stocked tea and coffee tray. The bathroom was also clean."

"Overall, it was a nice hotel. The property was generally clean and well maintained. However, we think the bathroom could use some renovation. The hotel is a bit far from the city centre, but the parking fee was quite reasonable, which was a plus. The breakfast was slightly below our expectations. Based on the reviews, the hotel was rated as “top rated” which naturally raised our expectations. We honestly couldn’t understand what justified that rating. We’ve had quite a lot of hotel experience...

"部屋は広く､スーツケースを広げても全く問題ないが、鍵がかかりづらく、また隣ではなく向かいの部屋の開閉の音が気になった。今回は立地第一条件だったので、満足だが、狭い階段の上り下り､スーツケースを持っては大変だった。 部屋の設備としてティッシュくらいは置いてもらいたい。"
