"The hotel is on a lovely golf estate and a nice pool. The rooms are fine. I had booked 3 rooms for my son's graduation. One room was single which was in the loft. It was during the hot weather and the window wouldn't open and the rooms do not have air condition. There was a wedding celebration and the room was over the area of the party. "The hotel is an attractive building set in extensive grounds, with an interesting woodland walk. The staff were pleasant, friendly and helpful throughout our stay. However, there were a few areas where the guest experience could be improved. It took us quite a while to find our room because the receptionist did not give us complete directions, and the signage did not direct guests to the second lift. Later on wemet two other guests who were also lost in the same area, and we helped them find...

"I booked a room but all night there were banging doors outside my room as the main corridor door was right next to my room. I was also near the hotel entrance where there was a lot of banging. So not a great night sleep!"
