"Staff extremely pleasant and helpful. Very friendly and courteous.
Room was spacious and had air conditioning which was a welcome addition as we were there during a heatwave! We found the bed very hard and most uncomfortable. The bathroom was clean and with nice toiletries.
I cannot recommend the food. The menu is quite small. The food is poorly prepared. My husband had chilli con carne which was clearly microwaved and quite bland. I had a Caesar salad which I could not eat as it was...

"We were sent to a room that was already occupied !! Only upon entering we encountered a man coming out the shower as surprised as we were
It took another 45 minutes to sort a room and at no time did anyone say sorry!"

"Rooms are like a maze to find around the building. Hotel is ok but not as good as some of the reviews make out. Probably wouldn't book again."

"I booked a room but all night there were banging doors outside my room as the main corridor door was right next to my room. I was also near the hotel entrance where there was a lot of banging. So not a great night sleep!"
