"Excellent hotel! Excellent staff. I arrived late due to being held up at work so called ahead, the chap on the phone was kind enough to wait 1hr30 past the check-in deadline for me to get there, thank you! Had only booked the single room for 1 night, while the room could be classed as a little snug it was nothing less than very comfortable. The room is very well presented and incredibly clean, bed was super comfy and bathroom was spotless and of a decent size. Paid extra for the Full English...

"One bath towel 2 adults? Blocked sink? Charged 15 pounds to check in an hour early when we booked 2 rooms for 3 nights. If you need to stay in this area it has a restaurant on site , it’s ok but not geat"

"Great country inn in a small picturesque village. The food and drink was excellent with some unusual choices on the menu. The room had everything we needed and the bed was comfortable."

"Loved the children’s free ice or fruit . Children’s play area at breakfast. Dog friendly. Loved the warm pool and hot tub. I’m diabetic and had a low blood sugar. The man at the pool helped me . The lady at the bar read the list of about 15 favourers of ice cream . She was lovely. We had stay for funeral in the area . Would stay again"

"Great stay at the Bob W London! We arrived early from Sydney but were able to store our bags safely before heading out. Great location, quiet street but close to everything we needed. Comfortable and a nice retreat from full days of exploring London!"

"The property had staff that were helpful and polite we arrived early and the chap let us check in and order us a taxi to get into town . When it was late he kept us informed. The room was clean and spacious with a very comfortable bed . The shower products were lovely . The breakfast selection was fab and the morning staff were chatty. The hotel needs a complete overhaul it is dated and tired looking which I can imagine is disappointing for the staff that work hard . They deserve...

"I stayed on the eve of the Norfolk show when every hotel in Norwich is booked solid. St Giles had a very expensive room left and I was forced to take it as I was in Norwich for work. The hotel is housed in a lovely building with an impossible to find, “on-site” car park (which they charge an extra £10 for!!) "No air conditioning, staff wasn’t knowledgeable about local restaurants, 10 lb charge for early check in, another person that was staying there ate dinner at about 5:00 pm and he left his silverware and a mess on the table and no staff person cleaned it up till the following morning. I wouldn’t stay there again"

Room clean and with good shower but cramped space in batbrom,but in room information folder needs a wipe down or replacing, light above sink would not switch on. Weird check in via a Ring call bell, didn't see a human during check I nor check out. Skipped breakfast as they seemed confused when I mentioned it via Ring doorbell.
