"Very nice property. Only feedback would be relative to the 4:30am airport shuttle. It's great that there is an early shuttle, but it is first come/first serve and even when arrive in the lobby they don't take names. I arrived at 4:03am to ensure I had a space, yet many other arrived later and it was a bit of a 'rush' the shuttle rather than those who arrived at 4:25 having less precedence than those who arrived at 4:00am. "

"The staff made this stay perfect. They couldn’t be kinder and more helpful. Maintenance was immediately responsive on two occasions….tv not working….cable issue. The maintenance person found us a new room and assisted in moving our belongings….he stated he wanted us settled before he left for the day. James Nau was extremely kind and helpful over our stay of 3 nights ."
