"This was a wonderful place to stay - close to Union Station and the Capitol, and a great bargain for both the location and the hotel itself. Every employee we interacted with was polite and friendly, and the room was clean and well maintained. The 24-hour coffee and tea station on the second floor was great, and the two bottles of water left in our room each day was helpful in the July heat. I would highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again the next time I'm in DC! "

"I would stay again. Their rental spaces are clean, smell great and provide everything you need for a long stay in DC. I really liked the staff and all the amenities provided. There was a washer and dryer, a full kitchen and an extra bed. I was able to walk to everything thing I wanted to see such as the capital building and the natural history museum. They dont provide parking so you will pay extra to park nearby. Saving this location for future trips!"
"The Arlo provided a great stay. The staff friendly and I was happy with the amenities. The rooftop pool was much needed touch during this humid weekend.

"Know that the room is small, much like a motor home where everything is designed to make the best use of a small space. Perfect for me because I was traveling alone. Love the tech - iPad controlled lights, TV, shades, ambient music. Comfortable bed, nice shower. Good food at the restaurant/bar. I often got the pre-made salads because I was eating late and they were excellent."
"Everything was very nice, but I would like to see strict regulations regarding guests' conduct. Rules of conduct need to be printed and posted everywhere. Some people just have no clue and don't respect others' needs. Both nights I was there, I couldn't sleep because people were making so much noise. "

"The hotel was great. They were accommodating with holding luggage before check in. The room was clean and comfortable. The gym had cold towels. Location was super easy to get to on the subway line.
