"Our stay at the Exclusive Resort in Nosy Be exceeded all our expectations. From the moment we arrived, we felt genuinely welcomed and cared for.
A special thank you to Andrea, the Operations Manager, who personally welcomed us and checked in throughout our stay to ensure everything was perfect. His warmth, professionalism, and genuine care made a real difference. He is a tremendous asset to the resort.
The entire staff was friendly, attentive, and always eager to help. The resort is immaculate, with beautifully maintained grounds and a stunning private beach. We enjoyed kayaking, paddleboarding, and other complimentary beach activities, while the spa and gym were excellent. The entertainment team created a fun atmosphere during the day, and the evening shows were professionally performed.
We also booked three excursions through the resort. Alessandro helped us choose the best-value package and organized everything flawlessly. The transportation, boats, guides, and lunches were all excellent, making each trip a wonderful experience.
The combination of beautiful surroundings, exceptional facilities, outstanding service, and genuine hospitality made this one of our best vacations ever. We highly recommend the Exclusive Resort to anyone visiting Nosy Be and look forward to returning."
"We stayed for 20 nights and honestly wish we could have stayed even longer.
From the moment we arrived until the day we left, every member of staff was friendly, welcoming and genuinely helpful. The reception team, restaurant staff and bar staff were all exceptional and always made us feel at home.
Our room (Junior Suite B11) was spotless every day. Housekeeping did an amazing job throughout our stay and everything was maintained to a very high standard.
During our holiday we were unfortunately unwell for a short time, and the hotel staff couldn’t have been more caring and supportive. Their kindness made a real difference and is something we will always remember.
Towards the end of our stay, our daughter joined us for four nights. The hotel arranged a Deluxe room for her at short notice and helped organise her transport, making everything completely stress-free.
The location is beautiful, the atmosphere is relaxed, and watching the sunsets from the hotel never got old.
This wasn’t just a great hotel, it was a place where the staff genuinely cared about their guests. After 20 nights we felt more like friends than customers.
Thank you to Andrick and the whole team for making our holiday so special. We left with wonderful memories and sincerely hope to return one day."
"Manga Soa is as close to paradise on Earth as you will find!
It is a friendly, French-managed small lodge set in the most exhuberant tropical gardens imaginable! Every tropical flower & plant are found here.
The managers, Roman & Ocean, are a competent, friendly can-do couple who can handle any request. Their staff is impeccably trained, yet friendly & personable. We loved the French-inspired food! With tasty tropical touches, every meal was a delight! The chef's brioche rolls were scrumptious!
This is the perfect paradise! Each oversized bungalow is masterfully made from local hardwoods with true island touches. We loved the huge bed with crisp, cool linens. Lying in bed looking out over the Indian ocean is true luxury!
The beach is beautiful but not always swimmable with the low tide. Ask Roman to arrange for their boat to take you to a reef or one of the nearby islands!
Don't miss having a massage or 2! Prices are so reasonable & the ladies are very knowledgeable!
We loved everything about our stay here and were treated like VIPs! It is a shining gem on Nosy Be.
The road is now paved & it's a smooth & easy trip to the airport or Helleville."
"This year was our second week at the resort. It truly is one of the most laid-back and peaceful places that I have ever stayed. The sea is lovely and calm and the pool spotlessly clean. The menu and bar are comprehensive and the service is pretty good. The bungalows are lovely and have decent air-conditioning which is great. Things to be aware of are that electricity is turned off for three hours a day in the afternoon, they don’t always have everything as described on the menu which can be a little frustrating but, these are minor irritations compared to the overall loveliness of the place. The fact that we have now chosen to come here twice says it all already. Even though it is some way out of town we don’t miss going out because the atmosphere is so relaxing."
