"We were excited about staying on a boat as we owned one ourselves. The location and property were not clearly explained. The photos of the boat must be several years old! We had to walk about a 1/2 mile down the cobblestone marina to find the boat and when we arrived we were put on another boat next to this one. The property was much older and run down. The internet was very spotty! We explained to the manager we were not comfortable there and requested a refund of at least 1/2 our fee. We left...

"Well located in the Palermo historic centre, within easy walking distance from the main sights. Nearby on-street parking. Area was a little noisy at night as it is located on a main pedestrian thoroughfare. "

"The host was very responsive and when an issue occured she arranged alternative accomodations for a night. Her apartment is like walking back in time 100 years with antique furnishings and 13' high ceilings. Veruly comfortable and easy walking distance to attractions and restaurants."

"Transformed flat in a kind b&b. But the name “luxury” is missleqding. It’s a comfortable place to stay but not luxury. Location good and WhatsApp support great. Neverthelesss no staff at the property and you can hear everything from the other rooms. "
