Stephanie contacted to confirm the reservation quickly and was on hand to help when we arrived. Parking isn't great and the property could be signed up so easier to find.

The property was okay but the room did not have a TV. I was staying in Nottingham on my own as I was entering a sports tournament the next day and so the least i expected was a TV in the bedroom to keep me entertained. I checked in at around 4pm and then went out to explore the local area; however, I knew there was no TV to come back to and so I stayed out until about 8pm. There is only so much you can do on your own and so when I got back to my room after reading a newspaper I went to bed. I would always expect a TV in the bedroom as a minimum.

Thank you for your review and I apologise that you were disappointed with the lack of television in your room. We do have listed in the facilities that there are no televisions in rooms and we feel that our pricing structure reflects this.
