"Ok"

"The rooms were very clean in the hotel is well maintained. The indoor hot tub and pool were great. The staff was very helpful and the breakfast was excellent."

"Exelent"

"The staff were nice and helpful. The room was clean in spite of the state of disrepair. It was fine for one night."

"Dog poop all over random clean sheets and towels had to ask for them for 4 week stay. Peeling paint broken window screens laying on the ground. Noisy location noisy neighbors had to smell people cooking in their rooms all the time. Just over all low class place."

"The staff was helpful for th most part. But the property is terribly run down, noisy and not very clean. I know they are trying hard, but I won’t stay there again."

"Good location..Some deferred maintenance and No working Ice Machine....."

"Such an amazing stay in downtown Emmet! Very welcoming and clean and the decor was fabulous! Everything we needed and then some and the beds were heaven!"
