"You’re not able to get ice. Unless you want to blocks to a different hotel. They won’t bring it to you. Air conditioning was turned off. You had to sleep with the Windows open. It was extremely hot in the room. We had requested wake up and a taxi. And when we went downstairs, they said no taxes for today. It’s too early in the morning but we had to leave in the 630 bus. So we ended up having to walk 5 to 6 bucks with luggage at 5:15 in the morning. It was really terrible. Don’t book off-season...

"Superb hotel, staff and cleanliness! Rooms great with a magnificent view. Plenty of food places with early morning coffee bar opposite. One of the best hotels I have stayed at."
