"Our experience was not the best! First getting to access the property from the app was not easy. The link didn’t work. It took us about an hour to finally get it to work. The condo was nice but needs repairs, the beds and pillow were not comfortable, there were holes on walls and the main bed room AC started to leak with water. "Hotel is located near Mazatlan letters, just cross the street and you also have beach access. My husband and I enjoyed our stay at this hotel for 1 full week of February in Carnaval Mazatlan 2026. It was the best hotel choice we made and will be back to Varali. Rooftop pool was amazing and sunrise and sunset views from the pool were priceless. Hotel room was clean and comfortable bed, everything inside room worked fine. Staff was very friendly and helpful with any questions we had."
