Lovedddddd this hotel! A little on the quiet side, went for a girls trip for relaxation but of course had a night where we got a little tipsy and found that we had to be extremely quiet very early. However the massages were beautiful the hotel is absolutely stunning and food was delicious!!!

Very nice and clean resort! Great experience the moment we arrived! Ocean view room! Friendly staff, from front desk, staff at the restaurants and pool service was amazing! Shout out to our host Eduardo who checked on my stay daily and surprised me with a bday cake and balloons in celebrating my birthday at the resort! Check out was easy and had the best massage at their spa! My only comment that was not pleasant was the transportation I booked from the hotel the driver did not turn on the a/c it was hot on our way to the airport.

This is a very nice boutique All-Inclusive hotel in Petra Vallarta area. This one is only a year old so still has a new vibe. Staff is friendly however they need to be cheered up, they don’t seem to want to be there. Food is excellent, and drinks are not bad as well. Rooms are actually amazing and have everything you need, except for the luggage stands which could be requested. We had a very pleasant experience over all. Views and ocean is absolutely unreal. Water in the ocean was is like 80*+ it’s amazing. 100% recommend this hotel.

Absolutely beautiful and generous sized room. We had a 2 bed on 9th floor and had super views of the beach from balcony. Staff are all so friendly, welcoming and helpful. Overall, I felt the property was beautiful. The restaurants were delicious, even though a lot of the meals were quite salty, but the room service was great. The beach side is okay. There are definitely people that will come up to you trying to sell you different products, which is probably not enjoyable, but that's not necessarily the resort's fault. We ended up getting a massage that would have been ridiculously overpriced at like $900 US for a couples massage, which was outrageous and kind of ruined my taste I had for the hotel. And then also, I needed sunscreen one day. I tried to go to the gift shop, and they tried to sell me sunscreen for $35, which was not enjoyable, but then I realized they had sunscreen at the pool in a little bottle. Overall, we enjoyed our stay but probably would not go back to it again, but the food was phenomenal, especially for an all-inclusive. And the staff was very nice and accommodating.

100 % recommend!!! Concierge, Eduardo was on top of his game and this is the best experience I’ve ever had with any concierge. Everything was personalized to our taste. Rooms, excellent. Room was cleaned daily. Everything was in working order, especially AC. Pools, there was one pool for my type of stay but I loved it. Pool was different from your typical rectangular shape. Pool service was excellent, Angel attended us and knew our names, knew what type of drinks we wanted, and if we asked for something special, he would make it. Restaurants and food, everything was delicious, no complaints. A special shout out to our friends, Cubano, Migel, Alexander, and all the host in every restaurant, they were friendly and professional. Beach, very good beach, no rocks present. Best hotel beach I’ve been to in Vallarta or Rivera Nayarit. There is drink and food service here too!! Gym, clean and small but doable . A bit small, recommended learning some free weight training so you can get your workout in. Spa, treatment was excellent, very pleasant. The only thing that got me was as I was walking to our room for our message, it was out of this world experience, like I was being transferred to a different location but as soon as we went into room there was something missing to match the hallway energy. To wrap this up, I 100 percent recommend. Especially if you looking for that personalized experience. Good service, good food, and good location.

My only takeaway, and the reason why I would not return to UNICO is due to the limited food choices. The food is AMAZING, however there are only 3 a la carte restaurants, for which you must make reservations each day to be served dinner, and portions are small. The breakfast is limited in options as well, a la carte, and small portions also. Let me give you an example, breakfast dishes will include potatoes, and no joke, you get 3 small to medium cubes. There is nowhere to go and have lunch. You can either order by the pool (limited food choices) or go to the roof top for sliders, fish tacos, etc, or go to your room for room service. Again, the food is AMAZING. The resort is small and intimate, and it worked fine for me. Beach access very easy, same for pool, however I must mention that the towel case isn't stocked all day. They do run out, and are not checking . Bedding is VERY comfortable, my room was kept very clean. Housekeeping does an outstanding job. All employees in all capacity ARE VERY HARD WORKING, and very kind, attentive, and respectful.

Loved everything! Our room was beautiful and spacious. We loved the tub on the balcony. The food was great at all three restaurants and the coffee cafe was great. The Mexican restaurant was our favorite. The staff was so above and beyond nice. The gym was perfect and the gym concierge was so friendly and even offered a spot when needed. We did a couples massage and hydrotherapy and we loved the atmosphere and the therapists were very good. I want to go back! The only feedback I had for them was when we first got there. We had 5 different people greet us or come talk to us and I knew it was part of the sales pitch but it was too many people. Our hostess was so sweet and helpful. I would recommend having the host or hostess do all of the initial check in and then ask if one other person can come share some more info. 5 people was too much but they took the feedback and adjusted immediately. I really appreciated that.
