The hotel is in a very quiet area, and the beach was not crowded at all. So we enjoyed it. As these are the only positives I can share about this hotel. There is no night life entertainment at or around the hotel. Only a bar that gets some people hanging around it. No music or anything. The worst is the food and food quality. They were re using same food almost everyday. No consideration for the dietary restrictions. As we don’t eat pork, they did not care to listen to our needs. It looked like the staff was only good to those who were tipping them heavy. So if you don’t then you will be considered less than the rest. If you are looking for good food selections, great service and some night life, avoid this place.

Magnifica infraestructura, excelentes espacios, muy buenas albercas y excelente ingreso a la playa. Habitaciones cómodas. Sin embargo, el jacuzzi del balcón estaba sucio, daba asco bañarse en él. Servicio de meseros, muy bueno. Pesima organizacion de eventos. Los horarios de servicio se cumplen de manera exagerada, ni un minuto antes, pero si se cierran antes de tiempo (voleyboll, dardos, etc)

Muy agradable el lugar, tal vez por la temporada no estaban saturadas las áreas, muy tranquilo, recomiendo los masajes relajantes y la hidroterapia, los puntos a mejorar en las habitaciones el piso está resbaladizo, las puertas del baño se recorrían de su base y al ser de cristal pueden ser peligrosas. La mayoría del personal muy amables y serviciales.

I’ve never been to an all inclusive resort with such terrible food. Also, someone tried to enter my room in the middle of the night! Luckily the latch was on the door preventing them from doing so!

Pools close at 8pm and they stop serving liquor at midnight so keep that in mind. The pools are amazing and you’re very close to the beach. Staff are absolutely wonderful and attentive. Not the biggest selection of buffet options but good nonetheless. Make sure to book reservations at the restaurants on the first day as some are only open certain days if you want to try them all.

The hotel is marketed as having 5 a la cart restaurants but only two of them are open per night. The only breakfast and lunch options are the buffet and the snack bar until 6 pm- every day. You also have to make reservations for these a la cart restaurants and we had very limited time slots available for dinner upon our stay. We had to do dinner at 9:30 pm on one night and 10 pm on a second night , because they had no other available time slot, with 2 days ahead of time. They should market this and let the guest call ahead of time to make these reservations as it limits the experience. Overall, food was decent, staff was excellent.

This property is not worth it at all. I stayed in the older part of the hotel and it was literally falling apart. Our rooms were incredibly old. Old bathroom with very dirty towels. Everything in the room was old. The elevators were so old they broke down. The roof top bar was so old, it almost seemed like it had caught fire. Staff was rushed and seemed like they hated their jobs. Pools were old and dirty. Walk ways were dirty and stained. Tables in restaurants were old and dirty. Food was old. Just everything was bad. Save your money and don't stay here. Also, there's not much to do in the area unless you want to travel at least 40 min. Hated everything about this property.

Food and drinks very very low quality... Not worth the "all inclusive” title especially since there upcharges for drinks and the restaurants are borderline gross. The customer service was atrocious from the checking in, trying to make reservations at the restaurants (which are empty all the time and still turn you away plus the food was again... borderline gross). Not all the rooms on the property are part of the resort, many of the rooms are leased as condos and they share the pools with the guest. There are more things I can say but I'm sure other reviews already mentioned this stuff. Good things... The room is okay although our toilet got clogged and there is one good bar at the property. The buffet is also good and has better food than any of the restaurants.

Alcohol severely watered down and can't get a drink before 11am. No food available from 12-1pm and 4-6pm (except for a coffee bar), which just boggles my mind for an all-inclusive. Quality of food at buffet was fine but the a la carte options were very bland. Will not be back.

Property & staff were outstanding . Buffet was great for breakfast , but not so much for dinner. Ala carte restaurants were great , wasn’t too impressed with the taverna mezza . Food was average & the lights were bright , felt like a cafeteria , other than that it was great & will be back.

This resort was a disappointment! We had an issue with bleach that ruined my daughters dress when we went to eat at the buffet on day 1, a black bathing suit was not “found” in white towels that were cleaned from our room after asking 4 days straight and our speaker and Fanny pack were stolen out of a suitcase when a worker entered our room without authorization 1 hour before check out saying they were fixing a TV that we had NEVER complained about! They have not compensated us at all we will NEVER be going back and this will be on all travel reviews. We stayed here for 13 nights and this is the customer service we get. Not a happy traveller!

To preface this, I’ve traveled a ton and have stayed at many resorts all over Mexico. This was my first time here! Rude staff, we got food poisoning and wasted 2 days (from the chicken panini), long waits for breakfast, first room we checked in a/c wasn’t working/toilet clogged 2 times in less then an hour, and the room was gross) ended up paying for an upgrade to have a room with working a/c. We booked a spa appointment and showed up and some how they lost our appointment and had to come back another day. Overall I rate this hotel a 1 and that’s only because the best experience we had was from the smart photography who did our family photos. They were kind, fun, and made that one experience worth the rest of the week. Please retrain your staff to be customer friendly, this was the worst vacation I’d ever been on.

The resort was quiet and not too busy. Activities for kids were good, boogie boarding, tennis, pools. We were not happy that we got convinced to upgrade our room after they told us the cheaper upgrade was no longer available, but then gave us the same upgrade but at the higher price.

Staff was always friendly. Servers greet you with a smile; anything you need they help accommodate. Food was plentiful & varied. Pools clean, beach prestine. Watching Iguanas come to the pool for water was always interesting and entertaining. If we visit Mexico again we would stay at the Wyndham Alltra Vallarta again. We had an absolutely amazing time! I was a little nervous after reading some of the reviews but they were wrong! The staff was amazing and we loved all the restaurants. So many options! We loved the quietness of the resort and picked this one for that reason. It was a family friendly resort so if you are looking for the party scene, definitely go elsewhere.

Manuel was amazing. So was Arturo aka chino. The bar tenders were very good too. The taxi service was not good. They would tell you a price at the resort and when it came to pay the taxi drivers would try to charge you more. If you’re young and looking to have fun on the resort I’d reccommend somewhere else because they will yell at you for playing music. Half of the place is owned by older people. The food was edible but not good by any means. The servers get annoyed when you try to order more food even thought the portions couldn’t feed an infant.

I stayed here for five nights and on night two I was ready to leave but it was a nonrefundable stay. I paid for their premium guess package and it turned out to be a scam, all you get is a slightly better view of the ocean. The rooms need to be remodel. Everything in the room was outdated. The TV remote didn't work properly, the TV was old, the closet doors wouldn't close and would get on your way when leaving or entering the room, the hot tub was dirty and the water even dirtier (unusable). The sofa was full of stains of who knows what. The resort has cheap alcohol beverages, the food choices aren't very good, no good entertainment and they have additional charges for everything even to use their ugly cavanas (in reality is not an all inclusive resort.). You share the property with condo owners who take over everything. They have a curfew to use the pool and upstairs bar. And its so far away from Puerto Vallarta or any fun places. Wish I could get my money back. I am very disappointed. Please don't stay here.
