"We had an absolutely fantastic stay at the Grand Palladium Resort in Puerto Vallarta and would happily give it 5 stars! The entire property is beautiful and very well maintained—everything felt clean, fresh, and inviting from the moment we arrived. One of the highlights for us was the beach. It’s large, spacious, and perfect for activities or just relaxing without feeling crowded. We also really appreciated how easy it was to find chairs both at the beach and around the pool—no stress or early-morning rush needed. The staff truly made our experience special. Everyone we interacted with was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help. Their positive attitude really added to the overall atmosphere of the resort. The food was consistently good, with something for everyone. The fresh omelet station at breakfast is an absolute must-try! We also loved the snack bar by the main pool—great tacos and burgers that hit the spot during the day. Bamboo, the Japanese restaurant was amazing! In the evenings, the entertainment was a pleasant surprise. The shows were fun and engaging, and even the kids’ shows were enjoyable for all ages. Add in the great drinks from the bar, and it made for perfect nights. Overall, this resort exceeded our expectations in so many ways. We had such a memorable time and will definitely be back!"

"Honestly the worst place I have ever stayed in all my years!! When we checked in they told us to scan a QR code to book dinners, got to room and tried to scan QR said no good! We went back to check in and they sent us to a different place, where said oh sorry iPhones don’t work!! lol my partner has an android and it doesn’t work! There answer oh well!!! You will have to line up here every morning at 8am to book a restaurant! We will be out tomorrow by 7 am and they really did not care! In the morning when we got ready to leave on an adventure, there was no hot water and when we turned the water on in the sink it backed up and all sorts of floats came out! This is when I said I can’t stay here! We talked to Expedia and they talked to the hotel who said they would NOT refund our money for the next 3 nights! Absolutely disgusting! Very disappointed in both Expedia and this hotel!!! We could not stay!! Got sick after one tour of buffet! The room was very tiny and hot, air conditioning did not work and while it turned on it was very noisy! "

"Clean hotel. Very good location. 5 minutes from bus station, near the beach. Little kitchenette in the unit. Good hot mater in shower. Small supermarket and Lavanderia close to the hotel. Free coffee and yoga course on rooftop. Possibility renting golf kart on site. Clean warm swimming pool. Good Wifi only around the pool, not in rooms. Well maintained hotel. "

"Everything was amazing. From staff, to room, pools and food. Breakfast buffet had so many options and also lunch and dinner had many options at different restaurants and there are also many activities you can join. Great place and we highly recommend it!!"

"This is a gorgeous resort with lovely service. Everyone very kind and helpful. I loved walking around and hearing all the amazing birds. Our room was spacious and very nice. Gorgeous grounds, too! The restaurants were good but not amazing - they are serving a lot of people. We enjoyed the poolside food (poke, ceviche, cheap nojitos!). The breakfast buffet was okay - liked the quesadilla station and the fresh fruit, and the pastries were good. But it was frenetic and crazy (go early!) and there were lots of children. This was spring break/Semana Santa so maybe that accounts for it. The adults-only pool was an oasis of calm!! Restaurants - Mezquite was pretty good and beachside, which is nice. Codex was excellent! Really enjoyed that meal. Inventive and yummy."

"I recently stayed at Secrets Bahia Mita Surf & Spa and unfortunately the experience did not match the expectations of an adults-only resort. While the property is marketed as adults only, it shares facilities with Dreams Resort, and there were kids throughout many of the common areas. This made it feel less like a true adults-only getaway. The service at the lobby was also disappointing. Staff often didn’t know basic information such as opening and closing times for restaurants and amenities. The concierge team was disorganized and not very helpful, especially when trying to reserve cabanas or follow up on a lost-and-found request. Another downside was that for an adults-only resort, the beach and pools closed at 7 PM every night, which limited evening relaxation options. That said, the highlight of the stay was the hardworking staff on the ground. The bartenders, servers, housekeeping, and maintenance teams were excellent. They were attentive, friendly, and consistently greeted guests, which made the experience much more pleasant. Their effort and professionalism were the most positive part of the trip."

"Loved the pool and grounds! Very clean and well kept property. Kitchen is handy but limited cooking utensils. A few things to help you with your stay! Bring a beach towel! Kitchen only has one large knife no butter knives or paring knife or vegetable peeler. Cheese grater or toaster or coffee maker. Oven mitts or Tea towels! I would pack those small items! Coffee is available by office for free but unless you are up pretty early you will miss out. Don’t let this deter you from booking, we loved the place! Bringing some of these items would just enhance your stay! Loved the yellow door where you could knock and order food to eat near pool! Great restaurant with good fried chicken! "

"Worth the drive. Good spot for families or couples.. didn't seem crowded at all for cdn spring break time. Gym was nice but too small. Food was great and beach and pools we more that what ya need. Workers were happy and nice to be around. They were happy as its something i pay attention to. Good time 😊"
