The Kids Club staff were brilliant (shout out to Isi and Tash) who cared for and loved our grandchildren each time they went. "Don’t go expecting your standard cookie cutter resort experience! Relaxed vibe all round. Friendly staff, clean facilities. Outdoor ensuite bathrooms were great! Different dinner menu each day - with plenty of choice. No need to go off site for meals. Very family friendly. We found it easy to organise activities and getting around was simple. Nearest ATM supermarket 15 min drive up road."

"The bufet rules at night time was confusing at night, and staff where a bit stressful at that time. They need to prepare some instruction for guests to understand the prices and proceses, specially considering that their logistics changed id there was a private function. But otherwise was a great place, clean, with very welcoming staff, great facilities."
