This was our 15th stay at the wonderful Novotel Bali Benoa, which probably says everything about how much our family loves this place! What keeps bringing us back is the incredible warmth and personal touch of the team. There is something very special about being welcomed back by familiar faces who genuinely seem happy to see you and who go out of their way to make the whole family feel at home. That personal connection is what turns a great hotel into somewhere we genuinely look forward to returning to. The breakfast is fantastic, with an enormous selection and something for everyone. The family rooms are perfect for travelling with children, giving us the space and comfort we need, and the pools, gardens and relaxed beachfront atmosphere make it incredibly easy to switch off and settle straight into holiday mode. For our family, Novotel Benoa has become the ultimate relaxing break in our journey whenever we travel through Bali. After busy travel days, we know that arriving here means we can slow down, enjoy each other’s company and be wonderfully looked after.

We had an amazing room with direct access to the pool which was the right size to do some laps before breakfast. Breakfast and food options overall were excellent, we enjoyed the barbecue with Balinese dance. Right next to the beach. Quite easy to reach from the airport which is a plus because traffic in Bali is crazy. Would love to stay there again!

The location of the property is just awesome.Great ambience and place to go with the family.Food is very good and overall cleanliness and hospitality of the staff is just so good and praiseworthy.A great place so come,relax and have a lovely vacation for all.

This is our second stay at the property and we love it here. The staff are wonderful and very helpful. The rooms are clean and tidy, comfortable beds and nice areas around the hotel. We will be back!

It’s a nice property and excellent staff, but hotel is in renovation so check before booking if everything is functional specifically swimming pool and restaurants
