We had a fantastic family vacation at The Miracle Villas Nusa Dua. The villas are incredibly spacious, impeccably clean, and well-maintained. Our kids loved the private pool, and we appreciated having all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. The breakfast selection was excellent, offering a variety of delicious options. But what truly impressed us was the staff. They were incredibly polite, helpful, and always went the extra mile to ensure we had a memorable experience.

Rooms and facilities need a massive revamp. Room didn’t get cleaned nor towels changed our entire stay. Decking around the pool was super dangerous and kept caving in. Very dangerous for the kids. Restaurant was subpar. Minimal menu and most items not available anyway. What food they did have was good though. Staff were friendly

This is not suitable for young children. Their room is on a different level and the entrance is from outside so to get to parents at night they would need to climb stairs from outside. There is nothing close by that you can walk to with kids so you need a car for everything. The cafe is ok and the food is ok but only once or twice. We lasted two nights and had to relocate. It was too stressful with the kids. The hotel would not refund anything. Even though it was due to lack of information until arriving as to why we had to leave. Nothing said that your kids would be locked on a separate level with no indoor passage. This would be a lovely villa for couples without children and happy to have a scooter to get around. Would not recommend otherwise and they should not accept bookings with young children! Very dissappointed and will be reviewing on all platforms so others don’t get caught out like we did and have to pay for two accommodations.

Grosse Villa super für Familien

Sehr schöne Villa, grosser Pool, leckeres Frühstück, welches in die Villa serviert wurde. Das Essen sonst im Restaurant war nicht nach unserem Geschmack und der Aussenbereich (Boden und Poolrand) müssten geflickt werden. Alles in allem hatten wir einen super schönen Aufenthalt als Famile dort.

Great place and great service. A bit far from other things so you have to have a driver. Not the biggest menu in the reataurant, but everything I tried was delicious. If you want a quiet place with a lot of space and your own pool? This is the place! :-)

Quite new villa given opening just for 1.5yrs , breakfast is amazing, they can serve it to yr villa. TV is not working given their vendor issues but got wifi. Their restaurant close at 10pm, if u having late flight make sure u have yr dinner first before arriving the villa. Do pre-arrange the transport if u need to move around.

What a surprise this property was! It’s a little isolated, but within minutes you’re in the hustle and bustle of Nusa Dua. Staff are so friendly and accommodating - nothing is too much for them. Villas are very new and private pools are gorgeous.

The the villa is spacious with modern design. It's perfect for people like modern style. If you are looking for a balinese villa, think twice. Pros: Nice private pool, friendly staff, newly built villas at a good price Cons: Not many public facilities, not much decorations in the villa- a little bit boring, no view, far from everything We can sense that the design concept of this hotel was great but it's executed and maintained poorly due to cost control. It has so much potential and could have been much better.
