My family visiting from Perth, Australia absolutely loved this hotel. The staff were extremely friendly, and the hotel was very clean. We highly recommend booking a pool access room — whether it’s day or night, you can simply step out and enjoy the pool, and my daughter loved it! The breakfast was great with plenty of variety. We will definitely stay here again. The hotel also has its own private beach. Definitely worth paying a little extra for the pool access room!

Great place to stay for vacation. Breakfast was excellent. Rooms are suites with plenty of space. Beach club is easily accessible. The only mild concern is that it is a little out of the way for main areas as well as hotel pickups for excursions and tours. It is located at the northern end of Benoa/Dusa Nua, so to get out means going south in the the main area of the island. Close ot airport.

We had a lovely stay at the Sakala - rooms were very clean, choice and food at restaurants was great, including the very extensive breakfast buffet! The basement rooms do have dehumidifiers in and can smell a bit damp, which was fine for a few days stay but may be worth upgrading for longer. Staff were all super attentive and friendly - would recommend to others!!

This resort is huge and beautiful. The staff is great and restaurant options were very good. The only thing I was disappointed with was the beach was dirty and there were boats everywhere. Really making it an eye sore.

I cannot thank the Sakala Team enough for making our anniversary getaway super memorable! The little details really warmed our hearts - thank you for arranging our room with your little touch of romance and thoughtfulness! Definitely recommend The Sakala Resort - not only was the place beautiful, it was clean, comfortable and our stay was made the more memorable by the amazing staff! Nothing was ever too hard and they accommodated our every need, they knew what we needed even before we did! Special thank you to the team who worked tirelessly keeping the water at bay after the torrential rains which made the pool overflow. We were not scared at all! Please commend them for us! Thank you to Lidia and Tiur for welcoming us at front desk and breakfast each morning with such warmth and hospitality. To Demmy, thank you for your energy and genuine interest in us and all the guests. To Koming - we will miss your eggs! Thanks for the breakfast banter and personalising our experience by remembering our names. All of the staff during our stay were wonderful - don’t get rid of them, they’re definitely keepers! Thank you again Sakala! We will miss our home away from home in Bali!

My stay at The Sakala Resort was simply incredible — a true 100/10 experience. From the moment I checked in, the staff went above and beyond to make everything perfect. The team at reception was warm and welcoming, and I have to give a special shoutout to the lovely lady at breakfast (I forgot her name!) who makes the omelettes — she was an absolute gem. The rooms were spacious, spotless, and extremely comfortable. The resort itself is packed with fantastic facilities that made the stay even more enjoyable. I will absolutely be coming back, and I’ll be recommending The Sakala Resort to all my friends and family. Thank you for such a memorable stay!
