The beach area and the swimming pool are great. The breakfast buffet was delicious too. The cleaning of the room was great as well. Highly recommended!
Tijili Benoa is the best place we have ever stayed in Bali. From the friendly staff from management, food and beverage and cleaners. The rooms were clean with comfortable beds. Right on the beach. Beautiful pools and amenities. The pricing for Nus Dua is very affordable. You won't be disappointed.
I loved to location! We stayed only 2 nights but we loved it and would stay longer. One and only thing to mention, the restraint at the beach was beautiful and the staff amazing, but I think the food could use improvement. Excellent otherwise☺️
Came here from Oz for 5 days. All eating and communal areas of the hotel were very clean and tidy, as was our room. Room had a good TV, a safe, a kettle and a small bar fridge. Internet was Ok most of the time. Breakfasts were great, and amazing value. The gym was small...4 - 5 people max, but not busy when we stayed. The gym was the only place that we didn't see cleaners, but it's not dirty by a long shot. Be sure to check out the infinity pool and bar next to the gym. The main pool was great for some laps! Warung Bamboo serves a decent coffee, and the meals we had were good too.
Location wise, there were quality restaurants, local warungs and convenience stores all less than 1k in either direction.
The staff were all amazing - from Desi, Yora, Aylsa (?!) on reception through to all the poolside, cleaning and breakfast staff. Friendly, attentive, super helpful and not over bearing. Nothing was ever too much trouble. Would stay again for sure.

Warakuna restaurant onsite is fantastic for dining out! Excellent staff!
Poor paid for Breakfast at the hotel! Not catered for westerners! All Asian hot foods catered only, except for egg station! Where you can order an omelette or any egg done to your taste! Just don’t ask for poached you will wait 30mins!
Rooms are basic, no balcony unless you upgrade! Patio doors also very loose and don’t close properly!
The beach is ok but not clean, rubbish on the beach and in the sea puts you off!
It’s not a place where I would stay again.
The hotel was superb for the money we paid. Yes there are better hotels in the area but their prices reflect that.

This hotel has a stupid room key policy. You only get one room key. If you loose it you have to pay for a replacement. One of the restaurant staff said we could order food at one of the restaurants. Then to be told the restaurant was closed. This was poor

I had a truly disappointing experience at this hotel. The property is in a state of disrepair, and the rooms are unpleasant and run-down. Almost nothing worked properly – the faucet, the door, and the internet were all problematic. The room was also located quite far from the elevator, and it was incredibly noisy. There’s a lot of trash between the hotel and the other side of the beach, which adds to the overall lack of upkeep.
The breakfast was an absolute disaster. There was very little to choose from, and even the eggs were poorly cooked, swimming in oil. I honestly don’t even know where to begin with the issues. The hotel bears no resemblance to the photos online and is far below what was promised. After 30 years of traveling, I’ve never encountered such a subpar hotel.
I strongly recommend avoiding this place. It’s worth paying a bit more to stay at a reputable resort like Ayoda or one of the other high-quality resorts on the better side of the beach.
Since my cousins were staying at the Mulia, my 10 year old daughter and I were staying at Tijili hotel. You cannot compare since Mulia is 5-6 star and this is about a 3 star., so you get what you paid for! I was happy with the bed and the amenities offered inside our room such as the standard items: bottled water, soap/shampoo, toothbrush kit, etc. I did not care for the buffet breakfast but it was edible for us and thankful that the hotel staff allowed me to pay for an adult price and did not give me heartache after telling staff, that I was going to share food with my daughter. (she could have asked me to for my daughter) ( I think that being Indonesian and also speaking Bahasa helped) We walked to Mama Krisna, coffee and Kitchen on Jl. pratama 87 Nusa Dua for dinner and ate a Hawaiian pizza, spring rolls and vanilla milkshake, pinapple juice, all reasonable in price. Went there the next day for breakfast, and spent 220,800.00 IDR which is about $18.55 CDN for pancake plate, pancake special, cappucino and banana juice, all delicious! I did not use the hotel's pool but we did go out to the beach which is literally outside the hotel's backyard. It is next to cargo boats so you do have a bit of diesel smell lingering and hum of the engines around you. Water sports available but I did not partake in them. Parts of the beach littered with dirty diapers and debris so hotel staff should be diligent to clean up the mess. It would have been a better sight/view.
