"So convenient for shopping, eating. Great for family. Room amenities were limited. I broke a fingernail and asked front desk for an emery board; none. But, there is a convenience store in the lobby and so i was able to buy an expensive emery board. If I wasn’t so lazy i could have walked to the mall 5 minutes away and gone to Target or Long’s for amenities."

"If you want to be at home in the middle of the buzzy, fun part with the sights, shopping, and restaurants of Waikiki, this is the place to stay! Although this property wasn't on the beachfront, it was still super easy to go back and forth from the beach and made for a perfect home base for all of our Hawaii fun. Bonus: All of our tours picked up and dropped off within a 5-minute walk from this hotel, and because of construction, many just dropped us off right in front of the hotel. The staff was bright and cheerful, it went out of their way to make us feel comfortable."

"The location is quite nice with walking distance to the Waikiki beach and prime shopping locations. A small food truck park was 2 mins walk from the hotel giving a nice sampler of the variety of local cuisines. The hotel's breakfast spread was pretty decent for a buffet. The staff was quite nice and helpful. One point to nitpick would be that they need all elevators working during peak rush hours which wasn't the case with us leading to long wait time. They should perhaps replace them with faster ones."

"The hotel was right in the middle of Waikiki which was fantastic! The view of the beach and Diamond Head couldn't have been better. Room was cleaned daily. Hotel a bit on the older side but didn't detract from vacation. Front desk staff could be a bit curt in response to questions, but otherwise a great stay."

"Close to the beach, shops and shuttle pickups for tours. I liked the refillable bottles and stations as I also brought my own refillable water bottles, however I wished they had more on other floors (as going down to the first floor can get very busy at times) as well as ice machines on every floor would be nice. Otherwise we enjoyed our stay."
